This is the conceptual design package for a mixed-use commercial studio space in Port Angeles, Washington called the 123°W Design Studio. The studio acts as a workspace/makerspace for artists, engineers, architects and designers working collaboratively on projects. The studio is open to the public and will be used for workforce development, K-12 educational days, and community projects.  The space is built to be smart, transforming the layout day-to-day into galleries, craft shops, artist retreats, soundstage or whatever else the creatives need.
